You can faintly sense a citrus aroma. When you take a sip, the flavor of barley and the taste of malt spread in the mouth with a refreshing sensation. It is a fine craft beer with a refreshing aftertaste.
We bring out the flavor of Nishinohoshii malt from Usa, Oita Prefecture. We achieve this by blending hops with a citrus aroma that perfectly complements the aroma of Nishinohoshi. The amount, timing, and temperature of the hops were carefully adjusted to minimize bitterness and maximize aroma.
