We took advantage of the high brewing suitability of Hinohikari rice grown in the Usa granary region of Oita Prefecture and fermented it for a longer period than usual to create a light sake with a crisp finish.
Inspired by the beautiful waterfall at Fukino in Innaimachi, Usa City, Oita Prefecture, this easy-to-drink dry sake made from Hinohikari rice grown in Usa, Oita, has been a local favorite since its launch in 1995.
